Pedestrian walkway steel truss bridge

The pedestrian bridge steel truss is a kind of steel structural load-bearing component specifically

I. Preparatory Phase

Design integration and technical review
The technical team of the organization coordinated with the design institute to review the steel structure drawings.
The key point is to inspect the connection nodes between the embedded parts and the main structure.
Confirm the load requirements (especially the special vibration loads in the railway sector)

2. Material Procurement and Inspection
Select common railway steel materials such as Q355B or Q235B.
Purchase the corresponding high-strength bolts (8.8 grade or 10.9 grade)
After the materials are delivered, strict re-inspections for mechanical properties and ultrasonic testing are carried out.

II. Production and Manufacturing Phase

Cutting and processing of materials
Carry out precise cutting using a CNC cutting machine
The ends of the string rods and web rods are machined flat according to the design.
The embedded steel plates undergo drilling and surface treatment.

2. Specialized fabrication of embedded parts
Manufacture shear keys and anchoring bars in accordance with railway standards
The surface of the embedded parts is sandblasted for rust removal (to a Sa2.5 level)
The embedded parts are treated with hot-dip galvanizing for corrosion prevention (with a thickness of ≥ 80 μm)
